Returns, Replacements & Warranty Policy

ORDER RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS POLICY 

GODS offers hassle-free returns and replacements for claims raised within 7 days of order delivery, for any of the following reasons :

  • Any damage during shipment transit/delivery
  • Different product/variant received
  • Manufacturing defects in the product
  • Product not as described on the Product information page on the official website (www.RoadGods.com)

WARRANTY POLICY

Gods® products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and the purpose for which the product was designed.

  • Gods offers 1 year + 7 year carry in warranty. Yes, we are that confident of our product quality.
  • 1 year warranty applies by default from the purchase invoice date.
  • To avail Free extended 7 year warranty, registration for the same needs to be done on this link.
    7 year FREE extended warranty will not be applicable if not registered on the above link within 7 days of product delivery. You will receive an email after registration on the above link, confirming extended 7 year warranty activation, please keep the email in records for any claims in future.
  • If you have purchased the product from any other sales channel please register for additional warranty on the above link.
  • Unless additional warranty is registered on the website within 7 days from purchase, we will not be able to process any claims made in the extended warranty period.

Warranty Claims Process:

  • To avail a warranty service, customers will have to fill the warranty claim form (form link) with the required information which also includes the photos of the product defect along with the invoice of purchase. 
  • Once approved for replacement/repair Gods will schedule the pickup from customer address to our service location. One way pickup charge will be applicable to the customer.
  • Gods will ship the product back to the customer’s address and will bear the cost of drop shipment.
  • The warranty cover does not apply to the following categories-
  1. Gods Masks: No Refund/Replacement or Exchange
  2. Gods Apparel : No warranty cover beyond the returnable period.

Warranty Guidelines

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship of the product.

Warranty is void in the following scenarios:

  1. Damages caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, normal wear and tear, or transport damage (by airlines, for example) 
  2. Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents, and scratches on any of the components, tearing of inner lining, or any other fabric
  3. Damages to prints on the product due to either washing with rough agents or through wear and tear.
  4. Repairs performed by anyone other than an Authorized Repair Agent
  • The service center will determine the warranty coverage accordingly. Under the Gods Warranty, any repair or replacement will be assured and done at the earliest.
  • Approval of any Warranty claims are at the sole discretion of Gods team after analyzing the type of defect reported.
  • The company shall not be liable for any damages incurred to the belongings of the product due to any defects reported by the customer.
  • Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. In case the product has been phased out or the spares are not available, the Company may, at its discretion, repair the product with the best possible components available.
  • The Company’s liability for damages shall be restricted only to repair/replacement of the defective piece and, under no circumstances, shall it exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece, as stated in the purchase invoice.
